Jose' Rosa - President
Jose Rosa has lived a life of service to this country as a Vietnam and Enduring

Freedom veteran, retiring as a United States Air Force Master Sergeant in 2011. Jose eventually retired from the Federal Aviation Administration after 28 years, today and for some time he has and continues to be a strong advocate for veterans.
His list of accomplishments is too long to elaborate in this document and should serve as an example for others who wish to serve veterans. From his own service as a Vietnam veteran in the United States Air Force, where he received numerous awards and citations to his present status as the Commander of VFW Post 3282, he devotes countless hours to see that veterans get the service they are entitled, and he lives by the VFW motto, “No One Does More for Veterans”. See his full bio HERE. Joe Rosa is a member of the Florida Veterans' Hall of Fame Society.

Dina King - Secretary
Dina entered the US Army delayed entry while a senior in high school.  Upon graduation, it was off to Fort Jackson, SC for both basic training and AIT to become a 71L Administrative Specialist.  After completing AIT in two weeks and doing some OJT, Dina was off to Washington DC to become part of the MILPERCEN typing pool.  Her first assignment was in the Pentagon for the Deputy Secretary of the Army EEO office where they were making the Army regulations gender neutral.  She jumped over permanently to the admin office of the Office Chief of Staff of the Army (Clark), also in the Pentagon.  That office also did the admin work for the Sergeant Major of the Army (Banbridge) and the General of the Army (Omar Bradley).  Dina’s last year was spent at Fort Meade, MD working at the security clearance facility.

Dina returned to her home state of New Hampshire.  While working full time, she pursued a bachelor's degree in Computers and Accounting.  She worked for Velcro, for NH’s electric company, and for a health insurance company.  Four years after separation, she enlisted into the US Army Reserves for two years where she was promoted to Sergeant.

In the late 1980’s, Dina’s path crossed with multiple Vietnam Veterans when they were all giving support to Desert Storm troops and their families.  This was the beginning of a lifetime friendship.  She is a life member of the Associates of Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 41.

NH has a unique veteran organization, the NH Veterans Association, that has been in existence since just after the Civil War.  Dina served as secretary of the association from 1993 to 2002.  In 2003, Dina was voted as the very first female president after 127 years in existence.

Dina pursued a job out in Nashville, TN continuing as a senior programmer analyst for a health insurance company.  Two years later it was off to Virginia Beach, VA.  While there she volunteered at the USO in the Norfolk Airport for a year.  In four years, the TN company asked her to come back with an opportunity to learn a new computer language.  Upon her return to Nashville and wanting a connection again to veterans, Dina joined the AMVETS Post 1776.

In 2019, Dina requested of her company to work from home permanently and to do so from Daytona Beach.  She was starting to lay the groundwork for future retirement, which she initiated as of 12/31/2021.  Covid delayed her coming together with local veterans.  However, a year ago she finally started going to VVA Chapter 1048 meetings and VCVC meetings.  She is active in taking pictures for Chapter 1048.
